Directions for best results Use a heat press, either clamshell or swing away style. (More pressure applied creates a nicer end result)

Set temperature to 150 degrees Celsius

Press for 15 seconds.

Allow to cool before removing carrier sheet.

Allow 48 hours before washing.

Wash inside out using mind detergent and air dry.
