RETURNS POLICY
Damages And Faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Any damages/faults must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not take responsibility for damages or faults after this timeframe.
We test all of our HTV batches prior to distribution, if you believe there is a fault with your vinyl we will request you return the product (postage paid by the customer) and we can perform further tests. If we deem the product to be faulty we will issue a refund for your return postage & product.
If we deem the HTV not to be faulty, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying to have the item/s returned back to them.
Sale Items- Sale items & discontinued stock can not be returned or exchanged.
Change Of Mind- Products can not be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or over ordering stock.
Uncollected Orders- In the instance a refund is permitted on an uncollected order a 10% restock fee will be withheld.
Missing Items– Any missing items will need to be reported within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase. If an item under the value of $5.50 is missing from your order we will issue a refund.
Incorrectly Received Item - In a case where you may have received an incorrect item, we will issue you with a postage label to have the item returned back to us. Once the return label has been scanned by the post office and we can confirm it is on its way back to us, we will then send out your correct item.
Cut to size/Custom items- Products that have been cut to size are not valid for exchange or refunds, this includes but is not limited to HTV, adhesive vinyl, custom orders.
Refunds on gangsheets and uploads.
If a refund or credit is issued for any reason on gang sheet orders, a non-refundable fee of $2 per sheet will apply.
This fee is non-negotiable as it covers credits we are charged when processing your designs. These credits are deducted at the time of upload and are not refundable to us.
Warranty- Due to the nature of our product we are unable to offer warranty on all items besides electricals. All electrical items will come with a 6 month warranty.
User error- We recommend getting to know our products before going ahead with your final pieces. We can not reimburse you for items such as T-shirts, teddies, blankets etc due to user error &/or misuse or any other reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return does not pass the quality inspection test we will offer you the opportunity to pay to have the item returned back to you or we will dispose of the item.
